I love body brushing.
You can google for information about its benefits.
I don’t pretend to know all the ins and outs but I tried it for myself a few years ago when I read that i helps with circulation, lymph drainage, fluid retention and waste removal (not saying any of this ha been proven but I decided to give it a go).
Have never looked back.
It wakes me up, makes me feel more alert, I find it helps with circulation (I have poor circulation) and fluid in my legs if I have been training a lot.
I use a round brush I bought from national pharmacies.
Brush toward the heart.
Start with legs, arms, chest, back, stomach – focus on areas where you carry more fat.
