I have resisted this for so long – this month i decided to just commit and do what you tell me to do – and it has already paid off. I have a food protocol, a morning and evening routine and have in my diary 3 times a day a reminder to release and reset – this work is like a religion for me now and I feel so much confidence. I have lost 2 kilos already this month, i am less reactive, well rested, more present with my family – simple but these are tools I never had and with them my life is significantly better – cant wait to see what the rest of this year brings!
