Pretty much the same ingredients:
rocket, spinnach, carrot, spring onion, celery, beans/peas, avocado, sauerkraut, goji berries, cucumber, lemon juice and either blended beetroot hummus or a carrot and turmeric hummus.
In winter if I am struggling with keeping warm I switch to a home made veg soup.
Simple, easy, no decision making in the moment because I decided ahead of time that its best for me if I am intentional about what I eat. I think it is the best approach for everyone. L
