I have scheduled every day and give tasks a start and end time but am finding I am either getting to the end of the day exhausted or more often than not, not getting things done in time and everything runs over – so I feel anxious and stressed that I wont get to the end of March and get what I have committed to do done…Help? How do I better manage this?

Get off the day to day field and into the grandstand for a moment.
What are your highest priorities? This goal you have for March is #1. What else has to be taken care of (health, kids, sleep?).
Schedule 8 hours sleep a night.
Schedule some time for movement every day.
Organise the things in your life that are most important.
Then decide what you will do each day in terms of your goal.
I suggest you schedule no more than 3 main tasks.
Without more information it is hard for me to say if you are overwhelming (busy mind) or actually are being unrealistic with your expectations of what you will get done in a day.
Anxious and stressed are not helping here – they keep you spinning.
Everything is figure-out-able.
Revise the plan.
Remove the non essential.
Then double down.
