I understand the advice that I can do less and that it is a good idea. I know that what I have on by plate right now is too much. I have a successful business that is growing rapidly, a young family and my mother is unwell, my husband also works full time. Just managing these ‘essentials’ is too much. Between all the things I need to do organising school holidays, issues within the business in terms of management, staffing and policy and procedure to support the rapid growth we are seeing, seeing my mum as much as I can and somehow sleeping there is little time for me. How do I find space when there is nothing more I can take off the list?
Without coaching you on this I cant say if you still could delete, delegate or defer some things that are still on the list…
First consider is there anything you can outsource?
Who can you ask for help?
Where are you maybe holding onto things that are not your highest paying / highest return activities in both work and home?
Then once you have considered this.
There are times when we do have a lot on our plate.
Thinking it is ‘too much’ only adds to the stress.
How can you think differently? In a way that is true but serves you?
Here are some of my go to thoughts when things are busy and there is no option to do less;
I can manage it all.
Everything is easy and effortless.
I am choosing all of this and I will do it with love and kindness.
And remember – in between all of this you can pause, breathe, release and reset.
You have got this.
Congratulations on a thriving business xx
