I struggle with sleep, often awake at 2-3am pacing the house. I know this impacts on my health, relationships and ability to manage stress. I really struggle with slowing my mind down and tend to fall asleep by watching TV but then the sleep is interrupted and not deep. Do you have any advice on how I can improve sleep without take it sleeping pills which make me groggy the next day.
July we are focusing on movement, sleep and light so this will be a good month for you.
In the meantime. Ditch the TV and screens before bed, dim lights, get natural light in the morning and look at the app ‘calm’ and do a meditation before bed every night this week with the app.
Do this for a week, if your sleep does not improve I will be very surprised. Xx
