Last weeks podcast hit home big time.
My thoughts and feelings about food have me all over the shop when it comes to food and body image.
On a diet, not on a diet.
Eating all the food, complaining about my body, restricting, binging.
It sounds so full on, so extreme, but I know that the majority of my friends are the same.
We are all healthy, none of us over weight, yet we all have these crazy relationships with food and it is not good.
As a mother and auntie it has to stop with me.

Seriously every time someone confirms this to me I want to yell from the rooftops “it can stop with US my friends”.
Because more and more (99% of the time it is women, but a few men too) email and message me saying that this has been a secret that has haunted them for too long too.
Do this for your kids, your nieces, your friends but most of all do it for YOU.
Imagine what you can do with your life, with your time, with your mind if you remove the constant chatter about food, body and diet?
