MY QUESTION IS ABOUT EXERCISE
I SEEM TO TRY AND EXERCISE MY WAY OUT OF BAD EATING
I KNOW THAT IF I STOPPED OVER EATING I WOULD BE MY IDEAL WEIGHT
I TRAIN AT A GYM DOING CLASSES 5 DAYS A WEEK AND I FEEL LIKE THIS IS ACTUALLY MAKING ME EAT MORE
BUT I AM SCARED TO STOP BECAUSE THEN I WOULD BE EVEN BIGGER!
HELP!
You eat more because you chose to, not because of the gym class
You have to own this first!
Then you need to
– create a food protocol
– create an exercise protocol
– follow it for at least 3 weeks
I am not going to make this more complicated because it isn’t
Do this
After 3 weeks review the protocols
And in my experience – food is what causes weight
Exercise is good for your mind and strength – but forget about it being a weight loss tool.
This is the solution my friend

The hard bit is following the plan because you are going to have to feel your emotions
So do a thought download every night
Home page workbook – intention setting – look at feelings, set plan for next day, wake up and follow it
