MY QUESTION IS ABOUT EXERCISE
I SEEM TO TRY AND EXERCISE MY WAY OUT OF BAD EATING
I KNOW THAT IF I STOPPED OVER EATING I WOULD BE MY IDEAL WEIGHT
I TRAIN AT A GYM DOING CLASSES 5 DAYS A WEEK AND I FEEL LIKE THIS IS ACTUALLY MAKING ME EAT MORE
BUT I AM SCARED TO STOP BECAUSE THEN I WOULD BE EVEN BIGGER!
HELP!
