Coaching programs are tailored to suit each client but include:

Monthly 1-hour coaching session / detailed summary of each session / personalised workbooks / accountability check-ins as needed between sessions 

What you get is Laura, by your side, as your personal coach.

There are various types of meditation. Laura teaches a secular meditation practice where you are gently guided into a deep state of rest and expanded awareness as you sit in a comfortable position. It is an effortless practice that is easy to learn. It triggers a deep state of rest and recovery from stress. When you practice this meditation regularly you also experience a profound change in your experience of life.

What are the benefits?
